Project objectives
The AMETHyST project supports companies and local authorities in deploying hydrogen solutions to decarbonise mountain ecosystems, with a focus on tourism.
The main AMETHyST Objective:
- Deploy the Alpine green H2 ecosystem.
- Pilot and support green hydrogen applications on pilot territory.
- Increase the capacity of public authorities to implement green H2 solutions.
- Include green H2 in local and regional energy strategies.

Tenerrdis’s role
In collaboration with AURA EE, Tenerrdis is carrying out studies and experiments on the development of a hydrogen ecosystem in a pilot area in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes: Région Tarentaise Vanoise, Arlysère
The cluster is responsible for organising the project’s closing event.
